Refund policy

Return/Refund Policy:
Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Items legible for a return/refund are to be deemed by the manufacturer as faulty/replaceable.

To begin this process please contact AirFlex via the contact form available on www.airflx.com.au. All items must be returned in original packaging.

AirFlex will arrange for return shipments to be collected on a day suitable deterred by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered once a kit has been installed, unless a clear and unresolvable manufacturing fault is confirmed. In most cases, warranty coverage will consist of repair, replacement, or exchange of the affected part(s).
